Royal Borough Memory Box
2020 has been a year like no other for people all around the world. The Covid-19 pandemic and responses to it have changed our lives quickly and without warning. What will we remember of this extraordinary time? How will future generations understand it?
The Royal Borough Memory Box is a project for people who live and work in the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead to collect and share memories of the pandemic and lockdown. With your help, Memory Box will build a collection to reflect our community experience, from the highlights of special times with family, to the lows of our darker and sadder days.
Through Memory Box you can contribute stories, photographs, videos, artworks and any items that represent your personal experiences of life in lockdown. Together we can tell our shared story and help future generations to understand what we have experienced.
